Step 1 – your CV
If you have already seen a vacancy which interests you, or you have contacted us independently with a view to changing your job, your first step is to send us your CV for review. If we think we are able to help, we will contact you to arrange a registration interview.
Step 2 – registration
We will meet you in person to discuss your work or education experience to date, your key skills and your career objectives for the future. You will also have the opportunity to find out about us and how we work.
If you would like advice about how to make the most of your CV or where your career is heading, just let us know. All our consultants have a great deal of experience in these areas.
Step 3 – finding your perfect placement
When your details are entered into our candidate database, we will search for existing vacancies that match your requirements. If there’s no immediate match, we will keep your details on our database to be reviewed against new vacancies.
When a job opportunity arises, you will be sent a detailed job description, which will help you decide if the job is for you. If you are interested in the position, call your recruitment consultant as soon as possible and they will help you through the application process.
