As a company committed to candidate satisfaction, we respond to all CV’s submitted by our prospective candidates. If we can help you, we invite you into our office so that we can meet you and start the registration process. Our effective candidate service involves:
- An initial meeting in informal surroundings at a time that suits you
- The development of a clear understanding of your experiences, achievements, goals and aspirations within your desired role
- Advice on writing an effective CV and interview preparation and techniques
- An evaluation of your skills, which can be boosted with our specialist training software
Once we have complete candidate registration, we will discuss relevant job opportunities with you as they arise, organising interviews where appropriate.

Unlike many other recruitment consultants we like to stay in touch and will contact you for an informal update on a regular basis.
REC Audited
We are a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), the recruitment industry’s trade body, responsible for setting approved standards. All our consultants are REC members and are fully committed to the Code of Practice which governs the handling of both clients and candidates.
We have also successfully passed the REC Audit, a programme which focuses on improving recruitment service standards and ethical work practices when dealing with both clients and candidates.
