Yes we are. All of Temple Quays’ consultants are also members of the REC.
If I have a vacancy, what happens next?
Finding the right candidate for your company is our business. Our tried and tested recruitment methods will help you find that person quickly, with minimum disruption to your working day.
Using our ten step recruitment process, we make sure we find the perfect fit for your vacancy.

- We visit your offices to discuss the role and agree job description
- Detailed database search and advertising for suitable candidates
- All applicants reviewed by Temple Quay and short listed
- Written reports, CVs and covering letters for short listed candidates sent to you for discussion
- Candidates for interview agreed
- Interviews arranged
- Feedback received from interviewer and discussed with candidates
- Offer negotiated and confirmed
- References forwarded for approval
How do you source candidates?
Database search
Using your employment criteria we conduct a detailed candidate search using our personalised database software. All results are screened by a consultant who is an expert in their field. The shortlist they produce can be available within hours of us receiving your brief, giving you a dynamic and responsive service.
Advertising
This method of recruitment is ideal for finding candidates with specialist skills in a niche market. We deal with everything involved in the advertising campaign, from writing the copy to placing the advertisement. All responses are screened and we present you with a shortlist of candidates matching your criteria.
Candidate report
In addition to the candidate’s own CV, we write a detailed report about all short listed candidates. Most of our clients find this additional report extremely useful as it includes not only a career summary and an overview of relevant skills and experience, but also our consultant’s own comments.
Do you offer psychometric testing?
Yes, our qualified experts can advise you about the most suitable type of test for your requirements and implement the test on your behalf. Further details can be found in our section on psychometric testing.
Are all your consultants experienced in their field?
Yes, the senior consultant in each of our divisions has significant experience of the industry in which they are recruiting. This gives them a unique insight into your requirements and ensures they understand the industry jargon. See our staff profiles for more information. We believe that we can accurately satisfy your recruitment requirements. However, if, during the first twelve weeks, our candidate does not prove suitable, we will refund your fee in full.
Can you provide temporary staff as well as permanent staff?
Yes, we provide temporary and interim staff for PA/Administration, Marketing, Finance and HR roles at all levels.
