We offer a comprehensive benefits package. As a consultant, you’ll be paid a basic monthly salary, plus commission based on the fees generated from the placements you have made during that quarter. Your basic salary will depend upon your skills and experience.

We also offer a healthcare package and a pension scheme to which the company contributes a percentage of your salary, topped up by your own contributions if you wish.

In addition, we provide plenty of opportunity for socialising as a team and regularly get together outside of work for drinks, meals and even weekends away.

Hard work is always appreciated and we make sure our staff know how much we value them - any excuse for a glass of champagne on a Friday afternoon!
